Heart in Hand is a private, by-appointment holistic skincare and wellness studio in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, created for those who are looking for thoughtful, personalized care in a quiet one-on-one setting. I specialize in holistic skincare, sensitive and reactive skin, lymphatic wellness, manual lymphatic drainage, gentle therapeutic massage, oncology-informed care, pre- and post-operative lymphatic support, and restorative body treatments. My approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every appointment begins by listening - to what is happening with your skin or body, how you are feeling, and what you need that day. Privacy, discretion, and personalized care are part of every appointment at Heart in Hand. Your time is intentionally set aside for you, allowing each service to be adapted to your comfort, your concerns, and your individual needs without feeling rushed or overlooked. With advanced training in oncology esthetics, immuno-esthetics, lymphatic wellness, massage therapy, and sensitive skin care, I approach each service with intention, gentleness, and respect for the whole person - skin, body, nervous system, and heart. Whether you are coming in for skin support, lymphatic care, therapeutic touch, pre- or post-op support, deep relaxation, or simply a quiet place to exhale, your time here is private, unrushed, and completely your own. CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens - illness, emergencies, and unexpected obligations can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives me the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client who may be waiting or in need of care. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. The $50 appointment deposit may be applied toward this fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future booking privileges being limited. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. These policies allow me to maintain the integrity of my schedule while continuing to provide focused, compassionate, and unrushed care to each client.
