CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens - illness, emergencies, and unexpected obligations can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives me the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client who may be waiting or in need of care. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. The $50 appointment deposit may be applied toward this fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future booking privileges being limited. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. These policies allow me to maintain the integrity of my schedule while continuing to provide focused, compassionate, and unrushed care to each client.
